Harrogate Local Plan - PN18

Despite huge local objection PN18 was approved in the Local Plan. Harrogate Borough Council reduced the size of PN18 by about a third compared to the original proposal but the inspector decided that on balance, having an employment site there and ensuing traffic chaos would be more beneficial than protecting the environment.
